Honestly, we should just have the chaplain gain access to the ritual content all year around, unlike for just Halloween. It would give him something to do, it fits the vibe (may need a reskinned altar) and it's a cool set of features that people could study, master, and then do all sorts of fun stuff with.
Would probably need to shift away from Spacebux as a currency and use something else. Maybe this is where some kind of "faith" mechanic can come into play. Perhaps a resource the chaplain gains over time but more, the more people are hanging around in the church, or something like that.
