MindHack Cloning Module is a BIT obvious and a BIT misleading for the cost

I think decreasing the cost ain't a bad idea, but 2 is maybe too low.

That said... either you put it on the cloner, putting a big LOUD "Traitors got this now"
And removing it is easy and thus lost... if you do it stealthly.

But...what if you can make your own cloner? Well... now you gotta get it from Cargo, leaving a LEAD.
Then hide it away, while it's loud and fill it with biomass.
Then wait till someone dies, scan em in and clone em.

ALL IN SECRET.

So yea I am fine with a cost decrease or atleast a DESCRIPTION update.
