Have said before that I wish vomiting was more of a big deal. Don't need it to sound more realistic, but I'd like it if it was rarer and more debilitating, making people go "Holy shit, did you just vomit? Are you okay?" instead of ignoring vomit mid-conversation because it's just an inconvenience. It always rips me right out of the RP.
