The Colt SAA requires you to cock the lever before firing each shot. Though it might only be in gang mode.

That's not a lever action, though. The colt saa is just single-action, a lever action is something like a repeater. Look up winchester model 1866, that's a lever action, where you have your fingers through the loop at the underside of the gun and yank that loop down and back up into place to cock it every time you fire a shot.
