I haven't seen you in game, so I can't really speak as to your communication, teaching, etc. Reading through your application though, it does concern me that your favourite security moment includes ignoring the metagaming rules. Part of being an effective HOS is knowing where you stand with the rules in order to keep yourself from breaking them, and this doesn't display the ability to do that.
