Klushy has clearly shown time and time again that they to want to help those with questions. They've shown their eagerness and motivation to teach while part of security, civilian, and engineering [from what I personally have seen]. As mentioned by others, they know how to code dive, code PRs, and they're quite active in answering questions in the discord. All of which just make for what I think is a well-rounded mentor. +1
