Jimbob Motha's HoS Application

This is going to be a +0 for now, because I have yet to see Jimbob take initiative with leadership or teaching. I can say, however, that since first meeting Jimbob, I've seen a massive improvement in their attitude and behavior, and they've grown into a good secoff!

I wouldn't recommend them for HOS as of yet because I need to see more teaching and especially leadership from them, but I believe if they continue on the path they're on, they'll be ready for HOS within the next cycle or so.
