Repeating what's already been said, Jimbob is an excellent officer that doesn't have a lot of experience with recruits. I may have seen you train someone new once, but I'm not sure. This is something I value over anything else, a person's ability to help new players find their spark in security. Lots of new players have appeared on Morty, but I see plenty of newer security members on Sylvester too. If you ever hear someone say "I'm going to train So-And-So", offer to jump in and help. 

That being said, it doesn't mean you're incapable of it. You are great when it comes to coordination and communication, and you know when to have a good time (and the fashion is fantastic). You take care of business and do things by the book when needed and your way when it's fun for others. Show some initiative for training others when opportunities arise, and +1.
