Jimbob's great! They're good at communicating and know their stuff when it comes to procedures and such. I will concur that there is a lack of training to be seen, but that doesn't mean Jim's incapable of it. (if you're looking to train people, 3 is where it's at right now. lots of newer players there, and they need a guiding hand!)

Given some more examples of training, which I fully understand is difficult to find opportunities for, it's an easy +1 from me.
