Watching Anton as an antag teach Security how to catch them is honestly one of my favourite moments on Goon 3. They've known when to deescalate when Security are struggling with other issues, has a wide range of knowledge on many of the departments (The joys of having a borg as one of your mains) and is usually quite helpful. I can think of many times when Antons either trained people in job roles or shown them what to to (Usually as Antonborg). Many a time as AI they have switched roles when I've reported teams struggling to assist.
Can't see much reason to say no for mentor status.
