Mentor Application - Cropsey

I've had a few opportunities both as characters Cropsey might known and a few dozen random-name AI's to say I've seen them consistently be helpful in a variety of job roles. It's more the consistent observed behaviour of "Someone is struggling with something, and so Cropsey has taken the time to talk them through it either IC or LOOC, and this happens whether they're someone they know or some random person they've passed by in a hallway" Also, literally just stuff like "If someone has a question in the lobby chat, I've seen them answer that"

I really like that. I would imagine that this general attitude is probably very useful to have as a mentor. Not sure what that's worth as I have an outside perspective on what mentors do, but I can't see this being a bad thing.
