Random Event: Mud Puddle

This is a random fishing event that spawns a few moving mud puddles in the station that eats, and store items inside of it self that is shared across all puddles. After a set amount of time, all of the puddles explode, and merge into a trash swamp that slows down movement when walking on it, and can continue to grow if items are fed into it. An announcement will then ask people to help fish/clean up the swamp to avoid station interruptions.

The swamp when fished will have a chance to eject items that were eaten inside of it as well as random trash items from an item pool. The swamp also has a randomized population of fish allowing you to potentially get rare fish using your basic rod.
