Rupert Hanson's HOS Application

Rupert is a competent officer who knows his stuff through and through. I was holding off on submitting my feedback to see a little more training/teaching, and I'm glad I did. On numerous occasions, Rupert has taken new security players under his wing and shown them the ropes. My only minor concern is leadership- it would be nice to see more of that. However, I am sure the leadership will come with time, perhaps just a little effort.

Overall, a +1 from me.
