I've been waiting to post here for a bit to hear some others feedback. After playing with you for a good bit as security and seeing you play officer on shifts I feel it's safe to say you are cut out for a position like HoS. I see security run smoothly when your around without the presence of a HoS and when I HoS when your around you do a great deal to help the team run smoothly, easing the burden. You communicate well, understand the nuances of security, and understand how to engage with antags to make rounds more interesting.
