Norah Snow's HoS Application

Despite only recently coming back from a break from what I'm aware, Norah has established herself as a reliable and consistent Officer on 3. She's often been the only one active on the radio on shifts I've been in, and has been a nice guiding force, too. Can't really see why we couldn't throw a beret her way. +1 from me
