I think Danee has notable qualities as a security officer. They have good intuition on how to handle antags, are active and informative on coms, are willing to teach newer players, and have an overall chill attitude which I respect. One thing I would like to see improvement on is the ability to step up and lead the team more, I don't really see you take initiative during situations or really lead the team all that often which is a necessary skill you need to have as a HoS. I do understand that I play most shifts with you as a HoS, so its natural to refer things to me etc but I don't really see you step up or lead the team often. In general though I think you are a very good security player and believe you can easily fix this issue by stepping up and taking initiative more.
