Miniscule Danee HoS Application

I think Danee would be a good fit for HoS, because I have always seen them be a calm/collected person - and as security places importance on keeping the round going, I had a traitor round with an awful surplus and while I wasn't interested in continuing they still offered to clone me.
possibly a bit weakened by the hyperallergic/pug traits but I don't think that should stop anyone, +1
