I like having Gerald part of the sec team!
I personally have not seen evidence of power gaming, in fact I've seen them go with pretty default on gear even when solosec or in chaotic shifts.
I have seen genuine effort from him to improve himself and teach newer officers.
One thing I would like to see more is more presence on comms, he is communicative but we sometimes lose track of him!
I think he is on the track to become a great HOS.
