From my experience Vinny has qualities of a HOS. They have a good grasp of the role and go above and beyond to fulfil their duties, taking initiative even while there is a HOS present showing confidence in leadership and generally collaborates with all of the team members each round. Very engaging, fair in their judgements and keeps good spirit up during the rounds I am in.

The only thing I haven't seen them is teach/educate new security players on the role, however I am confident that they'd be able to do that if the opportunity arises.
