Forensic scanners display the job title when you search a record through them, but do I agree that it's too hidden / tideous.
Ideally the PDA version of records shold just have the job field in the list.
About the last part, you can search the secmate by job already and it will pop a list of names for you, so you don't need to check every record for their job.
