What is your favourite hell, death or just fun Chem mixes?

My favorite that I got hit with a long time ago - I don’t know the components - I was getting messages like I had the disease that turns you into a Borg and dutifully relaying them. The doctors all crowded around, as this was early on in the round and it was a pretty rare condition. And then I exploded into headcrabs, killing everyone nearby. It was beautiful.
