Nerf the ID wire

this is fine. in fact, it is healthier that doors are harder to break through than walls, given that we have a separate tier of wall that, is harder to break through than doors.


just remove the ID wire, add another zappy one back. the other pro-id-wire concerns seem better addressed with separate fixes/changes.

You forget the days where people would just make thermite to burn through the walls to get to places.
