Oh no a nerf: Super Fart

Just remove the stun and make it only generate a big cloud of (flammable) fart gas, but leave the screenshake in. Bam, it's reduced to a minor annoyance and occasionally hilarity when the superfarter farts near someone with a lit cigarette.

Actually you can already do the gas thing if you get a certain other mutation.
