Even if its rare, there are edge cases for a crew wanting to legitimately do 5+ recalls (most likely one being that someone is actually troll-calling it and everyone else keeps saying "hey, I like this shift, recall that"). Whereas packet-recalling has even less valid use scenarios. Respectfully disagree on this idea.
