Rearrangement of the Oshan bar

Build the rescue submarine

This adds both a chemaster and a reagent extractor, as well as making the whole thing slightly more spacious. Bartender has more room, north facing bar table has more room... should be pretty okay

Any suggestions or scathing complaints?

Looking at it like this, the blue area above the bar looks a little bland
