Wasn't trying to kill him either times. I only choked because it knocks him out. If i woulda let him get up he woulda just came back at me. I was trying to get away from him to end the situation. And the scissors was in self defense because i knew he was going to attack me again. You can't tell me you name banned me for self defense.
