HoS Application - Ava / Amy Ward

I've found Glamurio to be a great officer, that is active on comms and fair to antags.
The only concern I have is the occasionnal lack of deciseveness, but I am certain it will come with time.

Overall, I am mostly confident they will make a good HoS.
