HoS Application - Ava / Amy Ward

I always enjoy seeing both Amy and Ava when playing security. You communicate well and make sure everyone involved is having fun. I've also seen you teach a few people recently which is definitely a good skill for a HoS to have. I'd like to see you lead and coordinate security teams more often though.
