Chemistry is bad and brings out the worst in both man and admin. Send it to the farm where pathology lives.
Seriously though. Recipe slips aren't the cause of the problem, it's that you can reliably learn and recreate them. I haven't touched chem since the rework, and I have recipes to drugs I don't even know what do just from observing. At least with pathology there was a significant random element and a lot of time and effort spent to get the high end things you wanted.
