Make harbinger portal summons friendly to its own summons

Hmm have to agree with this. I was a void hound once and a gunbot summoner was active and the gunbots killed me as I was defending the portal from security. It is quite annoying that the summoners actively target the Harbringer summons. Yeah I wouldn't mind seeing this change
