The Derringer: The MD's Unlikely Assistant.

Here's a small idea for boosting the derringer, but in a strange way that only really effects medical doctors.
Have it so it can be reloaded with the casings. Y'know, the casings that are removed after surgery. That would beef it up quite a bit, and make it VERY useful for a MD
