Most other antags get the VR murder box to practice their murder kit. The main catch is how to exploit the tools you get, but that knowledge is something you only gain with time.
Folk in discord and mentors in mhelps are happy to give tips for stuff, but most of it will still be something that you learn by trial and error, and IMO it's part of the fun.
