Make cloning resist rad storms

I think with radstorms having a very obvious signal and timer... How about the cloner malfunction and eject clones when hit by a radstorm in a similar fashion like puritan cloning?

That does save the occupant from a long waiting time while slowly dying due to radiation and creates a mess to remind doctors to do their damn job properly and not clone people right before a freaking radstorm.
