You suffered a weird accident with water while you we're swimming you saw a weird scientist pouring stuff in the pool you tried swimming away but you felt shocked and drowned in the pool you sooner woke up you could breathe under water and somehow manipulate it, the scientist looked like if they had fire aspect you want revenge against that person.
Abilities:
Water drain: drain liquids on your body and turn them into water this works with any liquid your capacity of water is 3500
Draining liquids from someone will be 5+ but draining from a pool will be 6+ you cannot drain from NPCS or cyborgs
Mini tsunami: push stuff and people away with a mini tsunami this will push them far away (drains 600 power 100 cooldown)
Water splash: Make a splash to push a person without it being a whole mini tsunami this will cause a bit of water burn (drains 200 power and 30 cooldown)
Aquakinesis: Manipulate water from a pool or puddle and throw it into someone this will burn them a bit and damage them a bit
Drain liquid: drain liquids from someone's body this will make them extremely thirsty and weak (100 cooldown and 800 power)
Water shift: a puddle of water and move around quickly around floors if you move below someone they will slip leaving a water mess behind (120 cooldown and 1000 drain)
Tsunami: This is a powerful tsunami can push people into a wall while drowning them in the tsunami this will burn them and damage them because they got slammed into a wall. (120 cooldown)
Fire resistance: you cannot be set on fire it will immediately extinguish
Weakness
Electricity: this will stun you for some seconds and will weaken your powers for 30 seconds
Ice: this will stop your powers if someone has cryokinesis it would definitely work against you it would freeze you more time than normal
Sponges: Sponges will stop some of your powers
