My take? If you don't wear a suit you start bouncing out of control.
Insted of killing you... you are made of springy jelly.
We had bouncy players before who couldn't control themselves.. this seems like a fun way to introduce it to antagonists.
Inject yourself , wear a suit, do damage. When the suit is off... bounce around uncontrollably, taking small bits of damage on the way.
You lose control of your movement but in a hilarious way!
Now if you use it offensiverly as some people point out.. the player who you inject becomes a dangerous ping pong ball.
So yea... now it has a double use still but WITHOUT IT BEING DEADLY!
