honestly the most utility this would have as a traitor item is probably implanting a rando in a crowd and bolting, since it seems like that'd pretty much be a guaranteed kill unless they were REALLY close to a full space suit. could see it as a neat defensively-oriented little azone loot/locked crate drop thing though
