I honestly haven't seen you a lot until a few months ago, as a player on RP you improved a lot, as a security member too, but I think it's too early for you to become an HoS. I suggest reading Accept HoS applications on the forum, specially of RP players, the replies too. Continue playing an officer, improving, taking tips, watching how HoSs do what they do, and you'll naturally be like an HoS is expected to be.
