Allow traitors to buy riot gloves (or something similar)a

Getting disarmed when you're a traitor and losing your stuff (and possibly your life) is kinda a huge buzzkill. Like it's just not fun to have one click of the funni yellow button allow a mime to get what you spent 7 good telecrystals on (at least for the traitor). So being able to spend a telecrystal or two to get some slight protection against that would make things a bit more fair (or fun) for the bad guys.
