Roundtype proposal: Wraith/Haunting

I really like the sound of this, but would the wraiths be killable? From your description here it sounds like they'd just be forced back into incorporeality?

The idea was that if you can nail a wraith while incorporeal, whether by targeting it while tripping balls or forcing it to temporarily manifest, you could kill it permanently. I'm not sure how much health it'd have, it'd depend on if it would be able to recover any, like by burning out a corpse completely to fuel health recovery or something.
