Out of the options given I think airborne cardiac arrest would be more fun, but I'm also thinking about airborne bee larvae or robotic transformation

Airborne liver failure.  I want to see what happens if someone with a healthy liver gets liver failure.

Ah but what if all of the above at the same time? 
(I think we all really like this idea even though it is truly terrible)
