A qm job reward

It would be cool if qms got a job reward so here are some ideas:

A "wand" that lets you change the skins of crates.

A portable crate manufacturer/box manufacturer.

An exclusive skin for crates (maybe a neon crate?). 

A coupon to get something in cheaper.

A crate plushie.

A radar that detects expensive stuff.

Dont really have any more ideas, hope at least one of these is good!
