I agree with the sentiment but being shrunk has advantages and disadvantages.
Unless you mean you get a "midget" mutation then I have no problem with it.
But getting the shrunk status will lead into people sneaking into section they aint suppose to... then again I don't know if shrunken players can hold certain items.
If yes.. then remove that and shrunken status is fine.
If they can grab things and it ain't removed for some reason... No... people will use it to grief or self antag.
If they can't grab things.. I am fine with this 100%. Since even if it wears off they would be stuck.
