Add more plants mutations

I liked the idea of lemonades, lemon grenades that have a small chem radius and start with lemon juice in em to serve as bootleg capascin grenades initially. Botany mutations should engage with the rest of the botany system, so things like doing things with stats and reliance on internal chems and the like are very good.
