haven't seen you as a secoff much so take this with a grain of salt if you want, but your general demeanor as other roles (notably, how quickly you jump to vigilantism) and your somewhat aggressive demeanor when agitated ooc make me hesitant. HoS is an extremely stressful role, especially on the rp servers, and having a good handle on your stress levels even after the worst rounds is something that I personally look for in potential HoSes over things like robustness or raw playtime
