So normally youll rarely see a wraith on the RP server, if you do, they kinda barely rp.
My idea is kinda bizzare, but I think it would kind of work.
The idea: Make wraiths application locked on RP, and buff their spawnrates to rare, but not horridly rare.
The application would help filter wraiths that actually RP, and the buff would give them a chance to do this.
