It's abit too vague what you want exactly.

At this point in the game, they randomly spawn in maintenance areas and dark rooms. Simply allow a beaker or sharp tool to grab some, simply splash, or place some on a similar environment to get the wall version of space fungus and after some time, it will grow to become the space fungus that normally swans on floors. Use portions from that and spread it the same way. Must be a dark room, as they will not place if the area is too bright.

Spray water on them to grow faster, allow wall fungus to spread to floors. 

Janitors simply scoop it all into beakers or cut and remove it, toss.  

Dealers suck space drugs from special ones that spawn randomly off station.

If rooms are lit up, they become dried out fungus, virtually the same but a slightly less plump sprite and less space drugs in special ones.
