I understand but I still think making a public post was very needed as a lot of players are now uncomfortable about playing on Goon with the recent ban-wave.

But thank you for your quick response, Virvatuli. It's too bad they changed the in-game banning process since the previous way sounded much better. Hopefully that's a feature that can be added back in the future.
