Using a chainsaw, surgical saw, or decon tool on a Riot Shotgun would cut it down to a smaller size.
Pros:
>Smaller. (Maybe fits on a belt slot/in one hand?)
>That's pretty much it.
Cons:
>Wider spread. (You removed the choke to cut it down, so the pellets spread out more.)
>Worse recoil control. (Maybe a screen/mouse shake when you fire it, because the stock was sawed off?)
>Less capacity. (The tube was also cut down/shortened, so it fits less shells- current sawed off which isn't obtainable outside of Gangs holds 6.)
