Hal has been around for awhile now and they are experienced in multiple areas (mechanics and medical being their stronger areas). I've never once had a bad experience with them and every single time I random name they're very happy to interact with me. I've witnessed them take time to help new players and they have taught a lot of people. Hal has an incredibly good attitude, I know for sure they'll do an amazing job as mentor!
