I haven't been a changeling for a while so this is coming straight from my terrible memory, but doesn't the scream cost some dna? Even if a mostly insignificant amount? That pretty much balances out "indefinetly by spamming their scream"
If it doesn't already cost dna then maybe it should.
Also I agree with Xeram that I've usually found the scream to be worthless. Maybe if it acted more like the vampires Chiropteran Screech? I mean the vampire gets to use that thing with only a cooldown cost and gets to keep the stealth benefit. It would also benefit the changeling more since it doesn't have to breathe after it shatters the windows and sucks all the air out.
